You’ve taken the first step!

We will contact you by the next business day to offer available dates/times for your first appointment.

If we are in-network with your insurance, then we will submit claims on your behalf after every appointment.  Depending on your specific plan, you may be responsible for a copay/coinsurance at each appointment.  If you have not yet met your annual deductible, then your plan may require that you pay the rate that we have contracted with your insurance company until your deductible is met.  If this is the case, then the cost for your first appointment is approximately $100.00 and follow-up appointments are approximately $85.00.  Once we have submitted your first claim, then your insurance company will notify us of your plan's specific details.
