Hi. My name is Lynee! In my work with clients, I use a variety of evidence-based techniques including person-centered approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
I believe true change comes from understanding oneself and connecting mental, physical, and emotional health. My experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating through challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-worth, relationships, and life transitions, has proven the importance of self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment.
My own journey through pregnancy loss, trying to conceive, postpartum, and motherhood has led me to this career, where I now help women, partners, and couples facing similar challenges. I’m committed to creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported on your journey toward self-discovery and growth. I look forward to working with you!
