Hi, I’m Katie! I have a master’s degree in counseling psychology and am currently working toward my doctorate in clinical psychology. In my work with clients, I use techniques from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and emotion-focused therapy (EFT) to create a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore your challenges, successes, and goals together. My experience working with children and families has shaped my deep passion for supporting perinatal mental health. I’m genuinely fulfilled by helping clients navigate their mental health and parenting journeys, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on yours.
