Entering a new chapter of motherhood can feel overwhelming and lonely.

I am a Clinical Therapist licensed in Virginia, Washington, DC, and Florida and I have clinical experience supporting children and mothers.  In my practice, I use Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and play therapy with young children.

My clinical goal is to provide supportive therapy in a safe space, where I will guide you to find your inner strength and feel more empowered to be the mom you can be!
