I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a master’s degree in Professional Counseling with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a military spouse and a homeschooling mother of three, I understand the challenges and stress that often come with parenting. Raising children can feel isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming, but together, we can create a path through those feelings to a positive outcome.
Using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy, I help my clients find tools and techniques that work for them, as well as help to navigate this season of life with more fulfillment. With a background in child development, I empower clients to develop relationships with their children and find feelings of promise and success by meeting their parenting goals. I commit to providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to be comfortable sharing their barriers, expectations, goals, and successes.
I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Tricare.
