This is why we have designed our 6-week program to effectively manage your worries, restlessness, irritability, and panic in a supportive environment. Upon completion of our program, you will not only reduce your anxiety symptoms, but you will also take away strategies that you can use throughout your motherhood journey.

  • This 6-week program is for pregnant or new moms wanting to learn techniques to control their anxiety.

  • The virtual/online Pregnancy and Postpartum Skills Group is a 6-week skills-based group for women who are pregnant or postpartum. The group facilitator will teach you strategies to manage anxiety symptoms during and/or after pregnancy in a supportive environment. You will also have an opportunity to meet and listen to other women experiencing similar feelings and situations. Our hope is that you will learn skills that you can use immediately to ease anxiety symptoms and feel less alone.
