As a mother and a social worker, I know the demands of having children can be overwhelming. The transition to motherhood is not often picture perfect- far from it!!! From anxiety to depression to just not feeling right, I can help.

I am also trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and I am a certified educator of Infant Massage. With this training and experience I can help you build lifelong connections with your infant, child, or teenager.

I know that with compassion it is possible to find joy and growth in parenting. Through our relationship I will provide you with education, support and a safe space for you to process your feelings.
