Insurance
If you are using insurance benefits, we will bill your insurance for your session. Co-pays MUST to be paid at session. Accepted forms of payment are debit, credit, check or cash. Accounts must be kept current in order to remain being seen by a clinician. If you are using your insurance benefits and have not made your yearly deductible, you will be required to pay the full contracted rate which will be put towards your deductible.
In-Network
In Network means we are a preferred provider with your insurance company. This allows your insurance to cover some, most, or all of your session costs.
We currently accept the following insurance:
- Aetna
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
- CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Tricare
- United Healthcare
We are happy to bill your insurance for you if we are out of network. If we are out of network, you will pay our rate at each session, and we will send a claim to your insurance company. A check from the insurance company will be sent to you if a payment is due to you. It is important to check your out of network benefits so that you know what your policy will cover for out of network benefits. We will check your out of network benefits as well and let you know.
Private Pay
If you want to increase the privacy, confidentiality, and autonomy of your counseling experience, private pay is the best option for you. Private Pay has numerous advantages including: no mental health record necessary, no mental health diagnosis needed, no limits to the number or length of sessions from the insurance company.
Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment via PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
Your session time is especially reserved for you.
Things happen, we understand! Please let us know no later than 2pm the day before your appointment if you won’t be able to make it. If you don’t notify us, you will be charged a $75 rescheduling or cancellation fee.
